The Alumni captain's chair, Boston rocker, swivel desk chair and lamp are beautifully hand crafted in the U.S. from solid maple hardwoods.  The Mayo Clinic Alumni Association seal prominently is engraved on the crown of chairs and base of lamp.  Personalization may be engraved beneath the seal.

All chair and lamp orders must be submitted through email. Please complete the fillable order form and submit to mayoalumni@mayo.edu. 

Normal production timeframe is 4-6 weeks.
